Flat Tummy Water

U want to try this  at home...

6 cup filtered water
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 cucumber sliced           - put all together in one jug.
1 lemon sliced
1/3 cup mint leave

Let the mixture infuse overnight,drink it all next day.
Don't forget your exercise routine to burn more extra fats.
