Eat Less..cukup ke?

The basic methodology behind losing weight is simple-burn more than you consume.To lose a pound of fat in a week,you need to create a deficit of 3,500 calories.You can achieve this by reducing your normal food intake by 500 calories,by burning 500 extra calories each days or through acombination of the two..
Masaalah yang berlaku kita akan makan lebih daripada biasa nak pulak time time cuti sekolah,ini kerana kebanyakkan kenduri kahwin,bercuti balik kampung sudah tentu makan banyak..burning calories less..kalau weekend kadang kala sampai 2-4 tempat jemputan majlis..
Kalau yang sibuk dengan urusan harian..fast food yang cepat dan mudah..beli satu dapat satu lagi..ha ha ha,tak yah nak kemas dan dapur berkecah..tetapi bila dah ada penyakit yang datang,baru nak bertanya "giant apakah makanan yang sesuai..?????
