SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI!!

SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI TO EVERYBODY......MAAF ZAHIR & BATIN.....

When it comes to Hari Raya, the food will be fantastic & delicious. Rendang, peanut gravy, kuah masak lodeh, ketupat, lemang & many more. Ummmm....can't beat it right? You just have to remember to eat moderately and don't overeat. Some of us will say that...it's ok to take a lot now...later go to gym workout. Be careful....you will tend to do this more often than you think you can manage it. Take lots of plain water instead of carbonated drinks.

Slow down, eat moderate and enjoy your food more. Make sure you chew each mouthful a certain number of times. Take a samll break between courses or before seconds. Contributing to the conversation rather than listening and eating. As I said, drink plenty of water and aiming to be the last to finish at the table.
