It is important for a person to achieve optimum metabolic health to stay healthy always. Accordingly, attaining optimum metabolic health is attributed to physical activity, hydration and nutrition. Exercise is a great way to boost one's metabolism. The general misconception that dieting will help boost one's metabolism (by cutting down calorie intake) is highly unfounded. The best way to improve your metabolism is through exercise.

The body will generally take nourishment from our muscles first (when we limit our calorie intake) and only then, from fat. Remember, te more muscles your build, the higher your metabolism rate is going to be. This is because muscles are designed to help burn fat.

Choose a workout routine that you can do on a regular basis. To stay motivated at all time, choose a workout that is FUN TO YOU....
